Driving Priority 2 – Behaviour and Attitudes
Improve standards of behaviour and expectations within lessons, around the school & at other times through the introduction of new school values.
Driving Priority 3 – Personal Development
To prepare our children at KACP for the next stage of their education, future careers & to be positive citizens within society.
Driving Priority 4 – Leadership and Management
Develop leaders at all levels to ensure that staff receive high quality support & development within a strong school vision through a period of significant change.
Driving Priority 5 - Health and Wellbeing
To ensure appropriate measures are put in place to track and raise staff morale and well-being for all.
